Our 1893 straight bourbon whiskey is a distinctively smooth wheated bourbon. Copper Mule Distillery captures the spirit of the Kallmeyer Century Farm where it is located and the Gosen Century Farm where the corn is grown for all its bourbons.

OUR PROCESS
Grain
All corn is sourced locally from the family century farm. Corn is combined with soft red winter wheat or rye, and barley.
Barrel
Missouri white oak barrels, toasted then charred for a smooth bourbon finish.
Age
Our bourbons are aged from two to six years.
Batch
Each JD Select and Arminius Rye batch comes from a single barrel and is proofed to complement its profile.
