OUR PROCESS
Grain
We use only premium Missouri grown yellow corn, soft red winter wheat, and barley.
Barrel
Missouri white oak barrels, toasted then charred for a smooth bourbon finish.
Age
Our bourbons are aged from two to six years.
Batch
Each JD Select batch comes from a single barrel and is proofed to complement its profile.
